looking to extend our 3 bed semi, approx 8 x 4 m consruction of two-storey & infill single-storey rear extension to comprise dining room & kitchen diner & cloakroom on the ground floor, and one new bedroom with en-suite with access at first floor with internal re-arrangements .

no special design features, apart from possibly needing a light tube on upstairs landing.  possible start date early ,months of 2009.
