In light of your need to view this job before estimating, could I recommend that you click here to send the client a private message, including your telephone number so that he/she can contact you to arrange a viewing. Then you can submit a response through the site.
An alternative would be to submit a response now and just enter the hourly rate you charge for this kind of work. You always have the opportunity to amend your response after seeing the job.
