Hello Carrie?
I am a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor who offers Home Information Packs (HIPs) at very reasonable prices to my clients.
One of the required documents in the Home Information Pack is the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) which is produced by a Domestic Energy Assessor(i.e. me). I inspect my clients home, collecting data for the EPC and ask my client to fill in a Property Information Questionairre (PIQ)(another required document to be filled in by the home owner).
When the inspection is completed I send the EPC and PIQ to an accredited HIP provider on my clients behalf.
My clients pay for the HIP/EPC at cost price. Its not necessary to order a HIP from an estate agent or solicitor i.e. a third party.
I monitor the progress of the HIP for my clients.
I dont have your full postcode but assume that your freehold property is in Bournemouth therefore my overall fee would be £245 (inclusive).
If you could kindly send me your full postcode and e-mail address I will confirm this amount and send you a free copy of my Information Pack.

Sorry, franklinrw, but the quotes are all higher than one I already had! Since you guys have to spend credits to reply I have cancelled the request. I like this idea though, so I'll be back as a trader... want any admin help? Regards, Carolyn
