As a Part P registered electrician I would like to help you out on this one, however I would not be able to supply an 'Electrical Installation Certificate' as this can only be done if I have done (or supervised) the actual installation of the wiring.

I can do an electrical inspection and test on the wiring termed as a 'Periodic Inspection Report'. Do you know/ or want to find out if this will satisfy your building inspector.

If so I will pay my credits and get in touch with you...
