Building of a garden room extension adjoining existing brick built house, size 3.9 meters X 5.9 mtrs.
One wall mainly brick with a window removed from dining room installed.
Rest of extension mainly double glazed windows over a dwarf brick/block wall.
French doors access, remove window from dining room, and replace with french doors.
Roof is tiled to match house,and also housing 4 or six velux type roof lights.(number to be decided). The roof is double pitched (like a shallow angled inverted V).
We have planning consent. but do not have full drawings as yet . Will have in a couple of weeks.
Heating from connection from existing radiator in main house, very close by.
Electrics etc , TV .and lighting to be discussed.
