Description of Job:

I need a stud wall made to partition a first floor bedroom from a new loft conversion.

Must comply with building regs, re: fire retardation, etc.

Wall approximately 11 foot long, needs one door.    Following consultation, I have decided to have some remedial work done to remedy a problem with the head clearance on the existing stairs, I will probably want a proper staircase fitted, instead of the space saver/ladder type existing. before continuing with the stud wall. Thanks
