Description of Job:

Demolish and remove existing UPVC porch and build a front extension measuring 2000 x 2200 finished in brick with pitched roof to accommodate an entrance porch and cloakroom.

This will include groundwork, plumbing, electrics and re-siting of both gas and electric meters.

Planning permission has already been granted.
