Client Request - Central Heating - new, replacement & additions in mk40

Other information/requirements:

At present I have a back-boiler in the living room and a HWC in the bathroom (internal room). If possible I would like a combi in the place of the HWC and to run the flue through ducting to the exterior (approx 15 to 20 feet away). If this is not possible, then placing the combi in the kitchen may be an option (but not preferred). The floors are concrete.
