Our MegaFlo is attached to an economy 7 power supply and a regular power supply. This morning, there was no hot water.  I may need a G3 certified plumbing engineer to replace the thermostat and/or element and this may involve draining the tank.

The manufacter has instructed me to push the reset pin on the thermostat which i have done, but i cannot test until the economy 7 timer comes on tonight.
