Client Request - Plumber - general in London NW10

Description of Job:

Bath tap is a 'mix' tap type.  Even when turned to full hot, the water comes out slowly and not hot (just warm).  From all other taps in the apartment the hot water comes out fine.

Hot water is generated by a heat exchanger.  This was serviced on 12th October is according to the heat exchange maintainer is not the source of the problem.
