There is good parking and access at both properties.

I have no excessively large items.  There are no wardrobes.  There are also the contents of a shed/workshop and garage including 3 x 4 drawer metal filing cabinets.

Presumably someone would need to visit to assess the contents before a full quote is issued but a ballpark figure would be very useful at this stage.
